Order Entered: 1. LG&E's petition for confidential protection for the identified portions of Response 4 is granted. 2. The identified information shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for five years or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the material in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. LG&E shall inform the Commission if the material in question becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect the material granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the material has been granted confidential treatment has not expired, then LG&E shall have 30 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the material still falls within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If LG&E is unable to make such demonstration, the requested material shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the material available for inspection for 30 days following an Order finding that the material no longer qualifies for confidential protection in order to allow LG&E to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Final Order Entered: 1. During the period under review, LG&E has complied with the provisions of 807 KAR 5:056. 2. The charges and credits applied by LG&E through the FAC for the period from November 1, 2016, through October31, 2018, are approved. 3. LG&E's continued use of the existing base fuel cost of $0.02428 per kWh is approved 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. Louisville Gas and Electric Company (LG&E) shall appear in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, on April 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, to submit itself to examination on the application of its Fuel Adjustment Clause (FAC) from November 1, 2016, to October 31, 2018. 2. Not less than 7 days and no more than 21 days prior to the scheduled hearing, LG&E shall publish, in a newspaper of general circulation in each area in which it serves, notice of the purpose, time, place, and date of the scheduled hearing. In addition, the notice of hearing shall include the following statement: "This hearing will be streamed live and may be viewed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov." 3. LG&E shall file with the Commission no later than April 15, 2019, proof of publication of its notice for the hearing. 4. The official record of the proceeding shall be by digital video recording only. 5. Neither opening statements nor summaries of pre-filed testimony will be permitted at the scheduled hearing. 6. The Commission adopts the procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order, which is incorporated by reference herein. 7. a. The information requested in Appendix B to this Order is due no later than 14 days from the date of entry of this Order. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed.
