Order Entered: 1. A hearing in this matter shall be held on January 4, 2024, at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and continuing until called from the bench by the presiding officer, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Jackson Purchase Energy Corporation, Kenergy Corp., and Meade County Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (collectively, Cooperatives or individually Cooperative) from November 1, 2020, through October 31, 2022. If no interested party files written notice of its intent to attend this hearing with the Commission by December 27, 2023, this public hearing shall be canceled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record. 2. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 2, if the hearing is not concluded on the designated day, the hearing may be continued upon verbal announcement by the presiding officer. A verbal announcement made by the presiding officer shall be proper notice of the continued hearing.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 2. Each Cooperative shall individually file with the Commission an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056 by the date set forth in the procedural schedule attached as Appendix A. 3. On or before the date set forth in the procedural schedule, each Cooperative shall file its responses to the Commission Staff’s request for information, attached to this Order as Appendix B. 4. Each Cooperative shall respond to any additional requests for information propounded by Commission Staff as provided in those requests.
