A hearing in this matter shall be held on January 4, 2024, at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and continuing until called from the bench by the presiding officer, in the Richard Raff Hearing Room at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Big Sandy Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; Blue Grass Energy Cooperative Corporation; Clark Energy Cooperative, Inc.; Cumberland Valley Electric, Inc.; Farmers Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; Fleming-Mason Energy Cooperative, Inc.; Grayson Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; Inter-County Energy Cooperative Corporation; Jackson Energy Cooperative Corporation; Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; Owen Electric Cooperatice, Inc.; Salt River Electric Cooperative Corporation; Shelby Energy Cooperative, Inc.; South Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation; and Taylor County Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation (collectively Cooperatives or individually Cooperative) from November 1, 2020, through October 31, 2022. If no interested party files written notice of its intent to attend this hearing with the Commission by December 27, 2023, this public hearing shall be canceled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record.

Order Entered: 1. Licking Valley’s motion for an extension of time to file its responses to the request for information included in Appendix B to the Commission’s September 6, 2023 Order no later than October 4, 2023, is granted. 2. Licking Valley is granted an extension of time to file an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056 no later than October 4, 2023. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s September 6, 2023 Order remain in full force and effect.
