In the matter of the application of Consolidated Mangement Services, Inc., of Daviess County, Kentucky, for (1) a certificate of public convenience and necessity, authorizing and permitting said company to construct sewage treatment facilities consisting of plant addition and improvements to the existing sewer system; (2) approval of the proposed plan of financing of said project; and (3) approval of the increased sewer rates proposed to be charged by the Company to customers of the Company.
